You will be involved in a significant portion of the services provided to customers after the installation of the devices. Your role will be to give to improving customer happiness, promoting device upgrades, and driving improvements in service sales. Specific responsibilities include :
- Installation and operation instructions for the devices
- Fixing and repairs
- Inspection and validation tasks
- Proposing maintenance contracts, paid repairs, and upgrades tailored to customer needs
