A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Planning and Delivery Leader to join our team in Changwon, Korea. We are now hiring for the role of Planning and Delivery Leader (Order Controller), based in Changwon , Korea to support our Civil Aerospace business .

As a Planning and Delivery Leader (Order Controller), you will lead the external supply chain delivery function, ensuring timely supplier manufacturing and launch activities aligned to demand plans. This role plays a critical part in delivery assurance, supplier performance, and proactive risk mitigation across our complex global operations.

Key Accountabilities

Supplier Delivery & Performance Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for supplier delivery matters within the external supply chain.
  • Ensure suppliers execute part launches and manufacture to schedule across the lifecycle, achieving agreed delivery performance.
  • Lead regular order book and L&C reviews with suppliers to validate delivery commitments and identify shortfalls or surpluses.
  • Proactively flag risks and implement mitigation or recovery actions, escalating to senior teams as required.
  • Manage delivery exceptions, inbound commitments, and resolution of stock in transit, GRIP, and NCR issues.
  • Support supplier performance reviews with data insights, drive continuous improvement, and resolve invoice queries in collaboration with Finance.

Planning and Control Support

  • Support the integration of new products and supply chain changes, ensuring suppliers align to updated plans.
  • Maintain planning systems and ensure timely execution of all front-end actions in line with enterprise standards (e.g., ZEIAW compliance).
  • Enable accurate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by providing real-time insights into supplier status and capacity.
  • Take ownership of designated part numbers to ensure seamless supply and inventory control.
  • Support excess inventory authorization processes and quota reconciliation.
  • Operational & Strategic Contribution

  • Provide timely updates for critical delivery reviews and executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics, buyers, and planning teams to enable material availability, delivery assurance, and root cause resolution.
  • Anticipate and act on mid-term delivery issues with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, order management, or supply chain management within a mechanical or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP, and production planning systems.
  • Solid understanding of logistics principles, inventory management, and delivery risk control.
  • Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning and capacity analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve complex issues quickly.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • APICS certification (preferred).
