Medical Affairs Manager

職務内容の詳細Lead and implement regional initiatives related to medical services Oversee medical information services across Asia, including contact center management Provide accurate, timely verbal and written responses to medical inquiries in Asia Support regional and local publications, education, and training programs Assist in organizing and executing advisory boards Coordinate local review and approval of medical materials Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory) Attend major congresses, scientific meetings, and business events Provide additional Medical Services support as needed Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple projects Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills A proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset Results-driven and energetic personality 5〜7年程度の実務経験 Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) in a scientific field 5–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs Preferred experience in Medical Information, Communications, Publications, or Operations Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken (for global collaboration) Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid work model available)

This role will drive the strategy and execution of Medical Affairs initiatives in the Asia region , reporting to the Medical Director for Japan. The focus is on the following core areas :

- Medical Communications
- Medical Operations
The position ensures compliance with regional and country regulations and industry standards, while maintaining alignment with global Medical Affairs strategies.
