About the Position

UCBジャパンのコマーシャル業務を強化するため、ビジネス運営のコントロールおよび管理業務を担当します。具体的には、意思決定をサポートし、業務プロセスの改善や効率化を推進し、UCBジャパンの社会的責任を果たすための取り組みを行っていただきます。また、複数の業務イニシアティブをリードし、重要なビジネス委員会のガバナンスを担当します。

About the Team

Main responsibilities

• BOC）のガバナンス業務全般（会議運営、議事録作成、議題設定等）
• GxP関連の文書管理業務（主にSOP）
