The Job

IT機器に関する幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。まずはOJTを通して業務に慣れていただき、将来的には開発も含めて幅広くご活躍いただけるポジションです。

  • IT機器（PC、プリンター、スマートフォンなど）のセットアップ・管理
  • Windows Server の管理
  • Google Workspace等のグループウェアの運用
  • ITベンダー・倉庫とのシステム連携やフォロー対応

    • You will join an internal IT team supporting the smooth operation and improvement of the company’s business systems. You’ll begin with system operation and hardware support, and gradually grow into development and optimization responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and help enhance ERP and core systems (sales, inventory, invoicing, logistics, etc.)
  • Set up and manage IT devices (PCs, printers, smartphones)
  • Respond to internal helpdesk inquiries
  • Manage internal network, file server, and Windows Server environment
  • Support development : requirement definition, testing, maintenance
  • Operate groupware (Google Workspace, email / workflow systems)
  • Analyze operational data and assist in business improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with external vendors and warehouses for system coordination

    • The Profile

  • ERP系システムまたは販売管理システムの運用・開発経験（1年以上）
  • SEやITサポートの実務経験
  • IBM System i（AS / 400）での開発経験（RPG、Query）
  • Google WorkspaceやWindows Serverの運用経験

    • Must-Have :

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in ERP system operation or business system support
  • Hands-on IT support or in-house SE experience
  • Basic understanding of databases and networks

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with IBM System i (AS / 400), RPG, or Query
  • Google Workspace and Windows Server management
  • Familiarity with warehouse or sales management systems
  • Data analysis and business process improvement experience
