Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with workforce needs and business goals
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to offer stage
- Directly source and engage candidates using online platforms and headhunting methods
- Partner with external recruitment agencies for niche or urgent roles
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes through data analysis and candidate feedback
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience :
7+ years in talent acquisition, either in-house or at a recruitment agencyExpertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle hiringProven ability to create and implement effective talent strategiesFamiliarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing toolsSoft Skills :
Excellentmunication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsStrong multitasking ability and a proactive, results-driven mindsetLanguage Requirements
