Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a top global software company in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects in the Asia-Pacific region and provides flexible remote work options.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand the business goals and develop HR strategies to meet them.
Lead and manage projects, working closely with executives and department leaders.

Apply your expertise in HR areas like employee transfers, performance reviews, compensation, labor relations, and hiring.

Qualifications :

Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role is preferred.
