Key Responsibilities :

1. 担当顧客に対して正しい科学的知識と会社の方針を踏まえ、担当エリアでの業務を推進する

• PTＷ戦略を理解し、製品戦略、営業戦略に基づいたアクションプランをコプロパートナーと共に立案し、ストレッチな目標達成に向けて、上長や同僚からのサポートを受けながら実行することで、担当エリアにおいて成果を出している。
• Drとの関係性、将来像等）を把握し、顧客にどのように自社戦略を浸透させるかをプランニングし、ストレッチした目標を立案し、行動変容に向けた活動をしている
• AIの活用や会社が導入する新たなツールを積極的に活用し、顧客の状況に応じたオムニチャネルによるアプローチ、連続性ある活動を行い、価値創造や課題解決につなげている

2. 他のチームメンバーや、他部門のメンバーと協力をしながら業務を進める

3. 最新の社内外のルールを正しく理解して患者思考の活動を行っている

Experience Requirements：　(必須)

MRとして基幹病院以上を担当した経験をお持ちの方

Word、Excel、PowerPoint

MR資格をお持ちの方
