JOB DESCRIPTION Job Requirements

Primary Objectives :

To lead HDMJ's PS&R team at Tokyo HQ(Shinjuku) as an Asia Pacific representative working with HDMA PS&R and HDMS / RESONAC Asia's Sales team(Distributor)
To responsible to HDMJ PS&R activities through complying the requirement from Government, Market and Customers.

Key Accountability :

To dedicate as HDMJ PS&R team leader to cover Asia Pacific Sales / Marketing while working with HDMA PS&R.

To collaborate with HDMJ R&D, MFG teams those who develop / use the new / existing chemicals from PS&R stand point for complying government application, customers' request and other required communication.

To update HDMJ's PS&R level through outside resources such as seminar of government, industry field(customers / suppliers) and parents companies.

To provide appropriate training to our internal organization for their improvement of PS&R knowledge and activities to be world class PS&R complied supplier.

Work Experience

Specific competencies required :

Basic English communication skill to work with HDMA and HDMS / RESONAC Asian members.

Basic chemical background (Bachelor of Science is preferred)

Knows the name of related chemical laws such as "Industrial Safety and Health(安衛法)", "Chemical Substances Control(化審法)", "Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control(毒劇法)" etc

Positive to learn new regulations / PS&R trend from outside such as government, market and customers.

Strong decipline to secure the regulation in the various circumstance.

Experienced to handle chemicals through R&D / Technical activities / assignment.

Experienced to publish / update SOP, Internal Regulation through ISO or such standard and team management
