Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Value Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in helping customers unlock the full potential of their NetSuite ERP investment. As a trusted advisor, you will combine deep product expertise with strong business consulting skills to assess, optimize, and drive measurable value across client operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand Client Needs : Partner with clients to understand their business goals, industry-specific challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Value Gap Analysis : Lead value assessments using NetSuite methodologies (., SuiteReview) to identify improvement areas and deliver recommendations aligned to business outcomes.

Solution Design : Define and design tailored NetSuite solutions including configurations, integrations, and automation. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Optimization Support : Address key operational pain points and work with clients to fully leverage NetSuite functionality for maximum ROI.

Expert Advisory : Provide strategic guidance and best practices on processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory, and financials across key industry verticals.

Collaboration & Delivery : Work cross-functionally with technical consultants, developers, and engagement teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Mentorship : Guide and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.

Continual Learning : Stay current with NetSuite updates and pursue relevant certifications to deepen your expertise.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents / demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry / solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Qualifications :

Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including end-to-end implementations, customizations, and integrations.

Strong consulting background with the ability to lead discovery, map business processes, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Exceptional communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or a related field.

Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple engagements and deadlines.

NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, are highly desirable.

Industry experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, or similar verticals is a plus.
