Molexはここ神奈川県大和市の事業所に Consumer and Commercial Solutions Division (CCS) というGlobal 事業部の本部機能を置いています。CCS Divisionは国内、アメリカ、アジア各国に４か所の R&Dセンター、7つの工場を有し全世界でビジネスを展開しています。アメリカ本社や各国拠点の同僚と日々協力するので日本に居ながら国際的センスを身に着けるのに適した環境です。また事業部の本部をサポートするので、若いうちからシニアマネージメントと接したり、経験を積めば大きな意思決定に係わるチャンスも出てきます。 Supply Chain 部門は世界各地に点在するサプライチェーンハブ、お客様に生産国からの製品を滞りなく供給することを使命としています。そのためビジネスのエンドtoエンドをみる広い視野と物の流れ・情報の流れに関わることが出来る仕事です。

The Supply chain department's mission is smooth delivery to customer without delay to work with supply chain hub, sales, manufacturing plant. You can expand your horizon to see end to end business, logistic and information.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and present key SCM metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and to drive different teams and functions with strong leadership.
  • Align with S&OP and S&OE team to identify roadblocks that causes gap between demand and supply. Make action plan and corroborate with related department to execute action plan and ask management side decision if necessary.
  • Support long term supply planning by understanding the customer trend
  • Contribute in supporting other planners to make the most efficient use of planning and automation tools by understanding and sharing case studies on successful MFG plants and planner

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher which requires mathematical skills
  • English skill (no barrier to communicate with overseas members),
  • Good communication skills,
  • Problem solving skills,
  • Data and analytical skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple issues at the same time with speed and accuracy,
  • English (Fluent) / Japanese (Fluent)
  • Basic MS Excel skills such as functions and analysis,

    • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in high seasonal and non-seasonal business with both internal manufacturing and outside Purchased Finished Goods elements,
  • Certifications such as the CPSM, CPIM, and CSCP ,
  • Experienced in Supply planning, Production planner, Procurement, sales, product marketing, project management
