Key responsibilities
- Implement the global People Strategy at the local level, aligned with regional and business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for leaders and their teams on all people-related matters
- Lead the delivery of the annual HR cycle, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and talent development
- Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations
- Monitor and apply changes in local labor laws to ensure ongoing compliance
- Act as a talent broker to facilitate internal mobility and development opportunities across teams and regions
- Collaborate closely with the regional people team to manage daily HR operations and resolve complex HR cases
- Analyze real-time HR data to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for local leaders and employees on various HR topics
- Other tasks assigned by manager
