Responsibilities :
- Experienced in warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency is a plus
- Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards
- Receive and process inbound shipments accurately and promptly
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders, including transport booking
- Handle return shipments from service vans and process accordingly
- Manage surplus stock returns and inventory updates
- Physical items handling : conduct tool inspections and clean returned items to ensure readiness for reuse
Qualifications :
Experience in warehousing operations is a plusFluent in English; intermediate to professional proficiency in JapaneseKnowledgeable about a wide range of tools and equipmentMechanical engineering experience, including how to handle toolsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Electrician / Mechanical background is a strong advantageSAP experience, particularly in warehouse-related transactions (preferred)Hold a valid forklift certification (preferred)Lifting tool inspection experience (preferred)Competencies :
