Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a reputable financial company. This important role involves driving HR strategies and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with business leaders to improve company culture and team performance, aligning HR and business goals.
Offer guidance on compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Develop and implement employee growth programs, performance reviews, and pay strategies with leadership.
Promote diversity and inclusion, acting as a change leader to build an inclusive culture.
Use HR data to identify trends and make strategic decisions that help the organization succeed.
Engage in projects across departments, using HR knowledge to drive change and improvement.

Qualifications :

Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

8-10 years of experience in HR roles within international companies.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Japanese.
