Your Key Responsibilities

OEMへの新規受注活動及び将来のビジネスに向けての開発受注活動 (拡販活動、RFQ対応等)

ECU, 電子スロットル、インジェクタ, Combustion Engine,

E-motor, Electric Drive Control Unit, Battery Management System、等

New Organization Leader in Japan

New order taking activities for motorcycle-related OEMs and development order taking activities for future business (sales expansion activities, RFQ responses, etc.)

Planning and execution of customer business strategy

Project management and coordination with domestic and overseas members from sales expansion activities to development start-up to mass production start-up.

Preparation and coordination of presentation materials for management events and various exhibitions

Grasping trends and requirements in technical areas and disseminating them within the company

Planning of customer sales budgets and management of actual results

Responding to delivery deadlines and design changes (to customers, internal processes, etc.)

As a newly established department, this is an independent position for the time being (no subordinates).

Your Qualifications

TOEIC800点以上が望ましい）

15年以上、かつ二輪関連業務での経験5年相当

Matrix organizationの経験

5年以上）
