SUPPORT AND PROJECTS ENGINEER - Japan

For our client, a provider of smart home solutions, we are currently looking for a :

SUPPORT AND PROJECT ENGINEER (M / F / D)

Your main responsibilities :

• Programming of projects, including coordination and validation of technical specifications with the customer, project programming, and documentation. The goal is to deliver a programmed and functional solution according to customer requirements.
• Commissioning of sample rooms together with the operations team to present a fully functional solution to the customer.
• Providing support, maintenance, and handling technical inquiries throughout the entire lifecycle of the project / product to resolve technical issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Actively reporting identified needs to the project department to continuously improve products, solutions, and programming systems.
• Managing integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team to foster partnerships with other industry players.
• Ensuring up-to-date work processes to facilitate onboarding for new team members.
• Providing technical consultation to the sales team regarding programming capabilities to ensure that proposed solutions can actually be implemented.
• Conducting beta tests for products / solutions to be integrated into new versions, ensuring that developed solutions meet customer requirements.
