Job Description
Job Summary :
- To lead Contract Management projects including but not limited to commissions related to Contract Administration PMO across several data centre campus / projects taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to various construction projects.
- To act as the key point of contact to client, ensuring that client objectives are met and that prepare objectives by due date with appropriate quality standards.

Contract Management :
Draft contract based on client’s templateCoordinate contract review by client’s internal stakeholder (project manager, project director, EHS manager, contract manager, etc) and external stakeholders such as GC, vendor, consultantUnderstand client’s risk management requirementNegotiate with external stakeholders as a client’s representative according to client’s risk management requirementUpdate draft contract according to negotiationSeek advice from client’s legal team if necessaryCoordinate execution once terms and conditions are mutually agreedArchive executed contract in client’s cloud storageRaise Purchase Order request to commit cost against budget in client’s internal financial systemChase Purchase Order approval to be smoothly approved by appropriate approvers in clientMaintain client’s contract register, claim register, vendor registerMaintain client’s cashflow across client’s projects in spreadsheetCorrespond with Treasury team, Finance team in client if make alignment in payment timing for each commitmentPrepare final account statement once GC contract and OSE contract period endCoordinate final account statement execution once agreed with appropriate stakeholdersMonitor contract register by Power BI audit and investigate if there is any outstanding contractMarketing Management, To Include
Ensuring that project case study, photograph and project CV files are kept up to date.Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve project management products and services.Internal Commission Management Accountabilities, To Include
Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is entered into the Turner & Townsend internal database.Financial management – Ensuring scheduled invoicing to clients and monitoring projects’ financial status.Projects are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently, on time and to budget.Project delivery meets the client’s objectives and is in line with the conditions of appointment.Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team.General line management responsibilities (where appropriate) are effectively discharged.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law, construction managementProfessionally qualified in one of the following fields : construction, project management, cost management (quantity surveying), engineering, surveying, architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.Qualifications in Project Management / Cost Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.Successful candidate may have one of below qualifications :
MRICS (Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)CCMJ (Certified Construction Manager Japan) (認定コンストラクション・マネージャー)First class architect (一級建築士)First class building operation and management engineer (一級施工管理技士)Cost Manager of BSIJ (Building Surveyor’s Institution Japan) (日本建築積算協会認定コスト管理士)Estimator of BSIJ (同積算士)Skills And Experience
