What you will do

As Service Engineer, you will :

  • Participate in preparing customer site for installations events , assesmbling machines and conveyers
  • Participate in the installation of relevant re building kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production environment
  • Use of TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance, correct work
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation
  • Proactively contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding business development of customers
  • Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar.
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance and / or repair work, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience is strongly desired.
  • Technical English is required.
  • Strong PLC Programming Knowledge.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • An attitude to represent Tetra Pak at our customers, such as : Be service-oriented, putting the customer at first place. Team player with high commitment, but with the ability to act decisively if / when needed. Developed problem-solving skills, with an ability to apply structure and priority to duties. Persistent and efficient with a logical / structured way to solve issues
