Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Engineer with good understanding of BI Systems, coding experience in any language and SQL experience for a position at one of the biggest insurance companies worldwide located in Tokyo.
Job Description
- Collaborate with users and project team on requirements and expectations
- Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions
- Define the data architecture, structure, storage, security model of data
- Design and implement highly scalable data pipelines in Scala / Spark / Java
- Create and maintain reusable frameworks for data ingestion
- Create scripts for operations, releases, data migrations, data validations
- Maintain data lineage information
