The Role

You will be responsible for :

Employment type : Full-time

Working hours : 08 : 30 ~ 17 : 30

Work Location : Aichi Prefecture, Japan Nagoya City Governor

Required Language Proficiency : Japanese-business, English-business

Salary : Annual income :  ¥ 4,600,000 ~ ¥ 6,000,000

  • Duties and Responsibilities : After learning about technology and sales in Japan, you will be involved in market research, sales, and negotiations and coordination with joint venture companies in India. We hope that you will play a central role in our Indian sales office or factory in the future.
  • Application Requirements : People with experience in the automotive parts industry and leadership skills (to play a central role in the future) People with knowledge (experience) of metal processing Training for about one week in Japan

Ideal Candidate : Japanese level N2 or above Ability to negotiate externally (negotiating prices, etc.)

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
