Introduction to the job

Manage Japanese customer accounts and coordinate all activities relatedto these accounts. Ensure Customer Satisfaction with HMI products and services.

Role and responsibilities

Account Management :

  • Manage customer accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship to support HMI’s position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customers’ business, processes and –key issues.
  • Ensure that HMI’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.
  • Cultivate potential new customers and markets for HMI products.
  • Account Support : Work with Customer Support to contribute to integrated Customer Account Management.
  • Chair and drive HMI Account Team activities. Coordinate and guide activities of all HMI departments as they relate to applicable accounts.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree is the minimum.

5+ years sales experience is preferred.

Skills

Business level Japanese and English are must.
