Business Overview

Department Overview

B2B Business Supervisory Department works across business units and subsidiaries to formulate growth strategies and plan and promote sales promotion measures for Rakuten's more than 70 corporate services.

Based on company-wide strategies, the department plans and executes measures involving management, measures effectiveness, and formulates improvement measures.

Position : Position Details

ou will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from planning to executing marketing strategies for corporate clients.

Responsibilities include :

Developing B2B marketing strategies

Planning, implementing, and analyzing lead generation measures

Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns

Planning and executing content marketing initiatives

Lead management using Marketing Automation (MA)

Planning and implementing website improvement measures

Work Environment

Our department is a small elite unit led by an executive who has held senior management positions at global major IT. Members' backgrounds are diverse, including subsidiary directors, public infrastructure, major IT, major manufacturers, trading companies, and startups.

Members from all diverse backgrounds have many opportunities to demonstrate their individuality, skills, and creativity.

Mandatory Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing at a business company or a marketing support company (e.g., advertising agency).

Desired Qualifications :

Practical experience in B2B marketing.

Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising and Marketing Automation (MA) platforms.

Strong communication skills (including articulation and English proficiency).
