About this Position

This position focuses on system and operation support for our Consumer Brands business.

What you´ll do

  • Daily system transaction monitoring and adhoc trouble shooting of business system
  • Leading system implementation and functional testing
  • Cost management of customer service activities (Purchase order creation and billing)
  • Process improvement of business process and align with business system
  • Backup support of logistics or customer service of daily operation
  • Supplier management of third-party logistics and system vendor
  • Work with cross functional teams when requested
  • Maintain manual and procedure
  • Regular reporting

Key Stakeholders

  • Regional or local IT team
  • Third party logistics supplier
  • Business system supplier

    • What makes you a good fit

  • Basic understanding of SAP
  • Business system implementation and user testing, support
  • Trouble shooting of business system with supplier
  • More than 5 years’ experience of logistics
  • Proficient with Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)
  • Written and oral communication of English and Japanese
  • Ideal characteristics : team player and self starter

  • Business system maintenance and administration
  • Customer service experience
  • Import, export management or understanding
  • Business process analysis and process improvement
