職務内容の詳細Develop and execute regional strategies to drive revenue and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Lead, manage, and develop regional teams to ensure high performance Promote operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and compliance Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking Align regional initiatives with the corporate strategy Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in life sciences or related industries Proven experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards Language : Japanese and English (business level) Customer-focused with strategic thinking ability Capable of driving results across teams and functions Committed to safety, inclusion, and a performance-driven culture
