In this positions, you'll be wearing many hats : project manager, product manager or service producer for our overseas logistics service, our core business. You will be responsible for several projects discussing with people in charge of logistics operation, leaders and managers for new service product or exiting implementation issues or improvement of service. If you are interested in launching new services or features and constantly improving business effectiveness, this role is for you.

A successful candidate will have an established background in excellent product planning, management skills and great communication skills.

Planning from business requirement to product design.

Overall Project management including biz & tech teams.

Track the progress of development from system requirement to release.

Service launch and support.

Review the effectiveness after the released of product

Reporting

Experience of project management (Over 10-person project. Over 3 years or over 10 projects)

2+ years of Product Management or development experience in a technology industry

Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly, customer-facing features in web.

Technical fluency in understanding the platform and translate business requirements to a Product Roadmap is necessary.

English : TOEIC 800 or more

Logistics business experience (business, operation or development etc).

Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.

2+ years of experience working in distributed organization larger than 500 people

Well versed in conversational Japanese & ability to understand the cultural aspects of customers would be an added advantage.
