Process and validate position creation, updates, and inactivation requests / workflows.
Review and validate position attributes such as job codes, reporting lines, FTE, location, cost centers, and other key fields to ensure data integrity.
Ensure all position changes comply with organizational guidelines and are aligned with approved organizational structures.
Monitor and manage the position management queue / workflow, prioritizing time-sensitive requests.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Operations to clarify requests and ensure complete and accurate submissions.
Maintain documentation and audit trails of all position management transactions.
Support routine reporting and data quality checks related to position data.
Assist in testing and validating system changes or enhancements related to position management workflows.
Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to appropriate data governance or process owners for resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the position management process by identifying common issues or inefficiencies. (変更の範囲) 会社内での全ての業務 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required>
Associate's degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in position management, HR operations, shared services, or a similar data entry / transactional processing role.
Familiarity with position management functionality SuccessFactors
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proven ability to follow established procedures and escalate when needed.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in MS Excel and data validation techniques.
Language:Both business level Japanese and English<歓迎 / Preferred>
Exposure to service ticketing / workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Understanding of organization structures, job architecture, and workforce planning basics.
