What you can expect

Zoom is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Executive in Tokyo to develop and maintain the customer in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and customer relationship skills. You will work with SMB to Mid-Market Customers (Employee counts of 1 - 500) to provide them the right Zoom platform solutions.

The dynamic Zoom Mid-Market sales team in Japan delivers cutting-edge communication solutions to clients. They engage passionately with clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence. Their pivotal role ensures businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

Have business-level of Japanese to communicate with local Japanese customers

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoom info)

Have a proven record in Sales achievement

Possess BA / BS or equivalent experience

Experience with UCaaS or platform sales is a bonus
