• J&J IM Japanが各種法令・ルールに準拠した質の高いイベントが開催できるように包括的に管理・運営する ①ルール遵守のためのガードレールと、社内外の指導管理 ②スピーカープールと謝金の管理 ③各種契約書・書類・チケット等に関する医療関係者とのコミュニケーション ④各種ロジスティクスの管理・運営 ◆主な業務活動（主な業務活動を番号で紐づけ）
• SOPにしたがって、J&J IM Japan内のイベントが運営されるように、適切に周知・教育を図る（①）
• Logisticsを、指定されたVendorとともに、社内規定に則り手配・配布し、支払いまで責任をもって完了する（④）
• updateし、関係者に周知、理解、納得させることができるレベル   必要な志向性／行動 【業務関連】 ◆課題認識
• HCBIガイド、プロモーションコード、公正競争規約等を正しく理解し、遵守し、かつ関係者に必要な教育、指導、アドバイスができる
• HCC / SOP / 経費 / HR規則)の知識を習得し、実践している ========================================= 社内公募ガイドライン
