JPBUのAI＆ビッグデータ部門は、データサイエンスとAI / GenAI技術を活用し、課題解決と価値創造を通じて患者さんに貢献することを目指しています。最新のテクノロジーをモニタリングしながら業務への影響を評価し、AI / GenAIの活用やトレーニング、開発や運用、医療リアルワールドデータを用いた分析により、患者さんや医療従事者のインサイトを明らかにします。また、AIに関するガバナンス構築や責任あるAIの推進に関して、社内外の組織と連携し、業務効率の向上、顧客体験の向上、長期的な製品価値の向上に寄与します。さらに、組織の一人一人がAIやビッグデータを活用し、AIリーダーとなれるよう支援することで、従業員体験の向上にも取り組んでいます。

AIとビッグデータを活用して変革を推進します。

AIやビッグデータ、その他関連知識をもとに技術チーム（データサイエンティスト、データエンジニア、AIエンジニア等）と連携して効果的なソリューションの開発や外部ソリューションの導入を行います。

AIの倫理的使用、プライバシー、セキュリティを確保するためのガバナンスフレームワークを、社内の関係部門（法務・E＆C、知財、サイバーセキュリティー等）と共に構築します。

JPBUのAI dexterityを向上させます。

myAibou、Copilot M365、Copilot Studio等やか関係するMicrosoft製品）を理解し、組織内で有効な展開施策を講じ、業務効率化に貢献します。

AIやデータサイエンスに関連する基本知識（G検定など）

Excel、Python、BIツールなどの認定資格）

AI / GenAIや医療リアルワールドデータに関連するプロジェクトを推進し、常に最新の製薬ビジネスやAI関連技術のトレンドを追うことが求められます。そのため、ご自身の成長を実感しやすい環境です。

Salary Increase : Annually, Bonus Payment : Twice a year

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

Paid Leaves : Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
