Develop sales revenue / opex budgets, sales and marketing strategies and forecasts for PV system.
Implement business strategies and initiatives of sales channel management and consolidation
Responsible for the management and execution of assigned projects, including interfacing with other company departments or functional groups to ensure projects meet revenue, market share, margin and performance goals
Create sales literatures to promote PV modules, inverters and energy storage systems
Lead and develop staff to meet organizational goals and objectives
Oversee all section activities
Be the main guide for the section to help on strategy and coaching of staff to effectively use time and effort
Collect market information such as competitors’ products / pricing / strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as competitive positioning of the company.
Responsible of maintaining a stable and effective profit margin for the section
