Your opportunity
As a Technical Support Specialists, you will be required to provide pre-sales and post sales technical and solution support to Traka end customers, authorized resellers, and internal regional sales teams in Japan and Asia. This task includes providing technical specification recommendation, producing system design of an integrated asset management solutions, professional services, project management off and onsite, online seminar sessions, technical consultations, presentations and solution training, technical certification and the development and management of technical certification training program and materials.
You will also be required to assist in all sales activities to develop, grow, and deliver the organization’s business goals by establishing relationships with potential clients, and arranging appointments to understand the client's individual needs and then tailor Traka solution offering to their requirement.
The role will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. You will report to the Director Asia, and you possess the ability to have good people skills and confidence to communicate, present, assert and speak to all stakeholders.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet. The work environment is primarily indoors. The position does require extensive travelling (up to 70%) around the Asia region on business as appropriate. The position also requires a flexible approach to working hours.
