Qualification :

Lead the support Team from Japan

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues,
  • Leading and coordinating project support activities, ensuring ticket resolution on time and no escalation
  • Overseeing and guiding support team, providing training and support, and ensuring team effectiveness.
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including end-users, project teams, and vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of the application, procedures, and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in support processes and technologies
  • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM is required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and support

    • Essential Skills : Veeva CRM & MyInsight

    Language Skills : Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
