• Build, manage and lead a fully functioning operations team, inclusive of program management and studios.
• Responsible for the operational success of client campaigns, always striving to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and on-target.
• Create best in class operations and process models across the agency, including new business, resource planning, campaign execution & delivery and related campaign billing, tracking measurable improvements year-over-year.
• In partnership with HR and leadership overall, deliver robust onboarding experiences and ongoing, best practice training across agency disciplines.
• Primary contact for troubleshooting and solutions for all operational challenges.
• Work in tandem with technology leadership to ensure best in class tools are in use and optimized, and to integrate and onboard new tools.
• Work in tandem with the CFO, technology leadership and the analytics team on data capture strategy to ensure proper collection of data for reporting – from the onboarding of a client through project performance.
• Proactively communicate with local clients and internal teams.
• Actively monitor industry trends to the benefit of the agency (example – growth in digital workflow solutions).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products / businesses supported by a proven large-scale healthcare property.
