PA-AMR）にまつわるデータ（稼働データや生産性データ等）を収集、分析しお客様に対してより良いサービスの使用方法などを継続的に提案し、サービスを継続的に使用して頂くことを目指します。アナリティクスチームやセールス、オペレーション、プロダクトチームとも連携し、受け身ではなく常に自発的に行動して、新たなプロセスをお客様に提案し合意形成を行い実行していくことが求められます。
- PA-AMR オペレーションを可視化し、生産性向上のボトルネックを特定
- KPI を各種ツールで計測し、顧客現場スタッフとも連携してデータを収集
