BtoB営業に関する幅広く豊富な経験を持つ方を求めています。新規及び既存のパートナーシップを育成、強化し、成果を創出することに熱意を持って取り組める方を求めています。

  • 5年以上のパートナー営業またはアカウント管理の経験
  • 3年以上の事業開発交渉に従事した経験
  • BtoCセールスの経験があれば尚可
  • KPI管理、予算管理の経験

The Opportunity

In a fast-growing business, we are looking for new members in the areas of sales and business development for major games developers / publishers and retail partners. For this position, we are looking for someone with strong sales skills and strategic planning abilities that will contribute to improving brand value, the ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment, and extensive experience in BtoB sales. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about developing and strengthening new and existing partnerships and creating results.

Responsibilities

  • Sales activities for popular video games and video game hardware
  • Sales promotion with retail partners
  • Collaborating with game and manga publishers on joint promotions
  • New Business development exploration
  • Sales planning / business planning to achieve company goals
  • Occasional travel for meetings and events
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales or account management
  • Experience successfully delivering persuasive sales pitches to executives
  • 3+ years of experience in business development negotiations
  • Marketing knowledge and practical experience
  • BtoC sales experience is a plus
  • Clear communication and creative negotiation skills
  • Experience in numerical, KPI, and budget management
  • Passion for the game and manga industry
  • Ability to make calm decisions under pressure
  • Optional : ability to communicate in English, Korean, or Chinese
