We are looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Director to lead the yearly commercial planning, ensuring smooth coordination between Marketing and Sales.

This role involves turning brand strategies into actionable sales plans for specific channels, fostering teamwork, and improving the connection between sales and marketing. You will lead a dynamic team, work across various departments, and significantly influence brand strategies and sales success in a growing FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with Marketing to turn brand initiatives into detailed sales plans for On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.
• Manage the strategic distribution of sales resources to boost brand performance across channels.
• Use tools like Aspire and Power BI to analyze sales data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Create and implement sales proposals and activation tools that fit channel goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to improve brand visibility and appeal in key markets.
• Evaluate sales activities and share insights with internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• Work with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, as well as external partners like trade partners and marketing agencies, to ensure a unified approach to commercial excellence.
