Role Summary :  Our client is seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to oversee the planning, deployment, and operation of internal IT systems for a newly launched digital financial platform. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the full build-out of a secure, modern IT environment supporting a fast-moving organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the internal infrastructure, managing end-user services, and leading a technical team that ensures system availability, scalability, and security.

Core Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise IT systems for a newly established digital banking environment
• Define and manage IT governance processes, tools, and documentation
• Oversee deployment and operation of core infrastructure (e.g., identity / access management, endpoint protection, secure connectivity)
• Support both Mac and Windows device environments
• Drive automation and operational improvements through the adoption of AI and cloud-based services
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and IT compliance
• Build and mentor a small but high-performing technical team
