Qualification :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).Experience : 15+ years of experience in telecom consulting, business strategy, or ecosystem development. Proven track record of driving cross-selling initiatives and developing monetization strategies. Strong understanding of telecom industry trends, including Open RAN, Telco Cloud, and OSS domains. Experience in designing and implementing integrated solutions and bundled offerings.Strategic Partnership and Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations to drive synergies and mutual value.Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technological challenges, and work cross-organizationally.Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.Communication : Excellent Business-level communication in English, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Requirements :

Familiarity with Rakuten’s ecosystem or similar multi-service ecosystems is a plus.Industry Knowledge : Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry, Open RAN, cloud and OSS solutions.
