As the Creator Marketing Manager, you'll lead and execute our creator marketing strategy in Japan, blending global strategies with local insights. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovative creator-led projects, manage a small dynamic team, and build strong relationships within the Japanese creator community. Your role includes developing a brand-aligned creator roster and spearheading credible product placements and integrations in the entertainment industry, ensuring our brand stands out in impactful and authentic ways. Develop and own the strategic framework for Creator Marketing in Japan, adapting global strategies to local business objectives
Ensure all Creator activities align with broader business goals and contribute to brand and can love
Ensure that the creator marketing program in Japan establishes a strong network and reach withing the creator, influencer and entertainment industries / ecosystem
Develop strategic and tactical relationships within the Creator community that can be leveraged within Red Bull Japan to build brand, can love and consumption.
Build and manage a relevant and impactful roster of creators and influencers, focusing on strong, trustworthy relationships.
Create extraordinary experiences and integrations for creators in various projects and events.
Constantly pitch new talents to expand our creator pool and stay updated on industry trends.
Support business units like Sports, Culture, and Brand by integrating creators into events, products, and projects.
Plan, execute, and report on creator-led projects to ensure they meet objectives and add value to both Red Bull and the creators.
Focus on credible product integration into creators' everyday content.
Ensure all content created by or with creators aligns with guidelines and maintains authenticity.
Build connections in the entertainment industry and other areas for potential collaborations.
Monitor, track, and report on the performance of the full program.
Continuously refine reporting and processes to measure the effectiveness of Creator activations and share insights & learnings with the broader team and headquarters.
Manage and develop a small team and ensure milestones and goals are being achieved.
