Job description

Take charge of brand strategy and execution for a growing tech brand in Japan. This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role that drives growth through data and creativity.

Description

  • Own and lead brand strategy in the Japanese market.
  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term brand strategies and short-term revenue growth plans.
  • Analyze consumer data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Lead media planning, creative direction, and quality control of brand assets.
  • Align branding efforts with global HQ while maintaining local relevance.
  • Manage P&L and work cross-functionally across multinational teams.

Profile

  • Experience developing and executing brand / marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in media planning, creative direction, and consumer data analysis.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Strong project management and logical thinking skills.
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Background in startups, consulting, IT, or related industries is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with consumer research (quantitative and qualitative) is desirable.
