Description
- Own and lead brand strategy in the Japanese market.
- Develop and implement mid-to-long-term brand strategies and short-term revenue growth plans.
- Analyze consumer data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Lead media planning, creative direction, and quality control of brand assets.
- Align branding efforts with global HQ while maintaining local relevance.
- Manage P&L and work cross-functionally across multinational teams.
Profile
Experience developing and executing brand / marketing strategies.Skilled in media planning, creative direction, and consumer data analysis.Native-level Japanese and business-level English.Strong project management and logical thinking skills.Enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Background in startups, consulting, IT, or related industries is a plus.Hands-on experience with consumer research (quantitative and qualitative) is desirable.Job Offer
