The Opportunity :
The focus of this position is to directly support Project Material Management efforts for the USS Blue Ridge at Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC). This includes development of a material management strategy, receipt, stowage, inventory and issue of kitted material, and disposition of unutilized or excess material during project closeout. The work will be performed in accordance with the relevant guidance including but not limited to the PMM Handbook, the NAVSUP P485, the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), the Availability Management Manual (AMM), and the AIM-NG Process Manual. The work will be as part of a team and will include interaction with other codes / department personnel.
