Are you passionate about driving data initiatives and transforming raw data into actionable business insights? We're looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to spearhead advanced analytics projects for a leading company. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, primarily in Japanese, to understand business requirements and lead data analytics initiatives from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business context, and design data-driven solutions.

Lead and oversee data analytics projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality analytical solutions.

Work with IT and data platform teams to identify dependencies and resolve blockers for smooth development.

Leverage machine learning models and advanced analytics techniques to deliver impactful insights.

Utilize CI / CD, MLOps, Azure, and DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.

Develop and implement data models using tools like SQL, Python, Pandas, PySpark, AzureML, and PowerBI.
