ResponsibilitiesTeam IntroductionLemon8 is a lifestyle information community where users can post image and video contents. Lemon8 offers practical and attractive content from a wide variety of genres such as beauty, fashion, gourmet, travel, and living. Users can find a free, diverse, and life-size lifestyle that matches their interests, or a life longing that is one step ahead of them. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Insights Conduct user research, data analysis, and market studies to map content production / consumption trends, aligning with Japanese user personas and macro-market demands. Define mid-to-long-term strategic goals and operational roadmaps to drive platform growth. Content Quality & Ecosystem Optimization Own the platform’s content style and quality standards by optimizing resource allocation, curating trending content styles, and collaborating with product / algorithm teams to refine content distribution strategies. Increase visibility and consumption of high-quality content through data-driven iteration. UGC Growth & Community Building Lower barriers to UGC creation by designing intuitive tools, campaigns, and traffic policies to inspire authentic user-generated content. Identify and nurture high-potential creators through tailored incentives, fostering a vibrant, community-driven UGC ecosystem.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Core Competencies - Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision-making) or creative ideation capabilities (campaigns, product solutions). - 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creator operations, or UGC-focused platform management within the internet industry. - Deep understanding of UGC dynamics, creator lifecycle management, and community engagement strategies. Mindset & Collaboration - Proactive ownership : Ability to independently identify challenges, prioritize actions, and deliver results in ambiguous environments. - Agility and positivity : Thrive in fast-paced environments with flexibility to adapt strategies based on real-time feedback. - Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to align stakeholders (product, algorithms, marketing). Language Proficiency - Business proficiency in both Chinese and Japanese (written / spoken) to coordinate with regional and global InformationAbout Us
