Corporate Strategy Specialist (Consumer Insights)

We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Specialist focused on Consumer Insights. You will analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to help guide business decisions. If you have experience in management consulting and in-house strategy, especially in FMCG, consumer tech, or media & entertainment, this role could be a great fit. You will have the chance to impact strategic decisions in a leading industry and work in a team-oriented and innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop research methods that fit business goals
  • Analyze data to create insights
  • Use existing data sources to find business solutions
  • Conduct research to support strategic plans
  • Work with different teams to develop and implement strategies
  • Handle complex and changing environments
  • Present insights to help stakeholders make decisions

Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting and in-house strategy in relevant sectors
  • Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behavior and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Interest in the media and entertainment industry
  • Skilled in consumer and market research methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business understanding
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for communication and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented and fast-paced environments
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
