We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our team of researchers, designers and consultants at the EPAM Japan studio.

Responsibilities

Work with the design team leads in the Asia Pacific region to align and manage design requirements across multiple markets
Conceptualize and execute design solutions to project completion
Produce high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail
Facilitate, align, and communicate expectations of stakeholders and team members

Requirements

5 years + of relevant professional experience working as a UX designer

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in project and team management

Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a comprehensive understanding of design processes and methodologies

Experience in designing for multiple screens, devices, and environments

Deep knowledge and passion for establishing, utilizing, and governing design systems in enterprise environments

Good understanding of the user experience and software development process

Fluent in English and JLPT N1 or native level Japanese
