Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with experience in API development and customer support. Our client is one of the biggest international companies located in Tokyo.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to partners building new API integrations that enable the exchange of data between external applications and Indeed’s solutions.
- Support partners via email and / or virtual meetings through planning, implementation and
delivery of new API integrations, resolving any issues that arise at any stage to ensure fast and quality delivery of data.
Troubleshoot issues of new and existing partner integrations, collaborating internally with Indeed Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services teams.Skills Required :
Native level of Japanese (N1 or Above)API development experience if not but JavaScript coding skills since they would understand how API works.Experience working with or for external customers and clients through email, meetings, or do presentations (not just internal facing).Benefits :
