Annual Salary :  8 Million and above

Job Description :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, understanding test environments, and working with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level) is required, and experience in the life insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Ensure effective test environment setup and maintenance.
  • Utilize test management tools to track and report on testing activities and results.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality software delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing and provide support to the development team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in finance or insurance environments.
  • Understand the development process and business flows to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Manage API testing and ensure integration points are thoroughly tested.

    • Software Test Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in test management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of test environments and their setup and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and the test life cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Good understanding of the development process and business flows.
  • Experience with API testing.
  • Experience in the life insurance domain is an added advantage.
