Job description :

We are seeking an experienced AWS Migration Project Manager to lead and oversee cloud migration & infra standardization projects for a financial institution in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, with specific expertise in AWS / cloud migrations, and will be fluent in both Japanese and English. This role requires close collaboration with customer IT teams, business users, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined constraints.

Job Responsibilities :

Project Management :

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams, business users, and development teams to manage AWS migration projects.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and quality, ensuring successful completion within project constraints.
• Create, review, and maintain project plans and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with technical teams setup in hybrid model between onsite & offshore in India
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Develop and maintain positive relationships across the business to facilitate open dialogue and ensure engagement.
• Identify the communication needs of stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates on project scope, requirements, and delivery.
• Interact with various stakeholders, including business users for requirements understanding, client IT teams for scope and approval processes, development teams for project progress, and vendors as needed.
