外資系プレミアムブランドが日本市場でのビジネス拡大をリードするカントリーマネージャーを募集しています。

A global premium brand is seeking a Country Manager to lead and expand its business in the Japanese market.

This role focuses on retail and channel management, driving sustainable sales growth, brand awareness, and best-in-class retail experiences.

本ポジションはリテール・チャネルマネジメントを中心に、持続的な売上成長、ブランド認知の向上、最高水準のリテール体験を推進します。

The Country Manager will lead local Marketing, Sales, and Service teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

カントリーマネージャーはマーケティング、営業、サービスのローカルチームを率い、高いパフォーマンスと協働を実現します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

Develop and execute the Japan market strategy aligned with global vision.

・グローバル戦略に沿った日本市場戦略の策定および実行。

Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and performance management.

・P&L責任、予算策定および業績管理。

Expand retail presence across department stores, shop-in-shops, and e-commerce.

・百貨店、ショップインショップ、ECを含むリテールチャネルの拡大。

Build and negotiate strategic partnerships with retail partners and distributors.

・小売パートナーや代理店との戦略的パートナーシップの構築と交渉。

Drive outstanding in-store execution, VM standards, and customer experience.

・店舗運営、VMD基準、顧客体験における卓越性の推進。

Lead, coach, and develop Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.

・マーケティング、営業、サービスチームのリーダーシップ、指導、育成。

Localize and implement global brand campaigns for Japanese consumers.

・日本市場向けのブランドキャンペーンのローカライズと実行。

Ensure compliance with Japanese legal, tax, and HR regulations.

・日本の法務、税務、労務規制への遵守。

Qualifications / 応募要件

10+ years of commercial and leadership experience in retail & channel management.

・リテール・チャネルマネジメントにおける10年以上の商業経験・リーダーシップ経験。

Proven track record in multi-channel retail operations.

・マルチチャネルのリテール運営における実績。

Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

・クロスファンクショナルチームを率いる強いリーダーシップ。

Deep understanding of Japanese retail and premium consumer trends.

・日本のリテール市場およびプレミアム消費者トレンドへの深い理解。

Experience in baby products, lifestyle, or premium / luxury industry preferred.

・ベビー用品、ライフスタイル、プレミアム／ラグジュアリー業界経験者歓迎。

Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル。
